Spotify confirma l’incident i ha desactivat les comptes implicats en l’scraping. El grup justifica l’acció com a “preservació de la cultura”.
El grup afrima que publicarà el material per lots i segons popularitat.
Les cançons populars a 160kbps, les menys escoltades a 75kbps.

Spotify confirmed a report by Anna’s Archive claiming that it “backed up” copies of 86 million songs, covering 99.6 million of total listens, from the service. The archive says it plans to release a torrent containing the 300TB of music files.
